The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable seating area, although the pillows were too soft for my liking. the service staff, especially the concierge and valet, were welcoming and helpful. Despite a minor hiccup at check-in, the staff eventually accommodated my needs, showing professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction. Located in the vibrant area of Tecom, the hotel provides a serene retreat with modern amenities. the rooftop terrace offers a relaxing escape with stunning views, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.
